伺服电机（servo motor ）是指在伺服系统中控制机械元件运转的发起机，是一种补助马达间接变速安装。伺服电机可使控制速度，位置精度十分精确，能够将电压信号转化为转矩和转速以驱动控制对象
Servo motor refers to the generator that controls the operation of mechanical components in the servo system. It is an indirect variable speed installation of subsidized motor. Servo motor can control speed and position accurately. It can convert voltage signal into torque and speed to drive control object.
I. Maintenance of Servo Motor Oil and Water
1: Servo motors can be used in places that are attacked by water or oil droplets, but they are not completely waterproof or oil-proof. Therefore, servo motors should not be placed or used in water or oil-invaded environment.
2: If the servo motor is connected to a decelerating gear, the oil seal should be added when the servo motor is used to avoid the oil from the decelerating gear entering the servo motor.
3: Servo motor cables should not be immersed in oil or water.
II. Servo Motor Cable Stress Reduction
1: Ensure that the cable is not subjected to moment or vertical load due to external bending force or its own weight, especially at the outlet or junction of the cable.
2: When the servo motor moves, the cable (that is, the one with the motor) should be firmly fixed to a static part (relative to the motor), and an additional cable installed in the cable support should be used to extend it, so that the bending stress can be minimized.
3: The radius of cable elbow should be as large as possible.
3. Axle End Load Permitted by Servo Motor
1: Ensure that the radial and axial loads added to the axis of the servo motor during installation and operation are controlled within the regular values of each type.
2: Be careful when installing a rigid coupling, especially when excessive bending load may cause damage or wear of shaft ends and bearings.
3: It is better to use flexible coupling to make the radial load lower than the allowable value. This product is specially designed for servo motors with high mechanical strength.
4: For permissible axle load, please refer to "Permissible axle load table" (operation instruction).
IV. Attention to Servo Motor Devices
1: When installing/disassembling the coupling parts to the axle end of the servo motor, don't hit the axle end directly with a hammer. (Hammer tapping the shaft directly, the encoder at the other end of the servo motor shaft will be knocked out)
2: Make every effort to align the axle end to the best condition (bad may cause vibration or bearing damage).
