使用山东微型电机出现"发热”的现象

1、发热的原理:我们通常见到的各类直流减速电机,内部都是有铁芯和绕组线圈的。绕组有电阻,通电会产生损耗,损耗大小与电阻和电流的平方成正比,这就是我们常说的铜损,假如电流不是规范的直流或正弦波,还会产生谐波损耗;死心有磁滞涡流效应,在交变磁场中也会产生损耗,其大小与资料,电流,频率,电压有关,这叫铁损。铜损和铁损都会以发热的方式表现出来,从而影响微电机的效率。微电机普通追求定位精度和力矩输出,效率比拟低,电流普通比拟大,且谐波成分高,电流交变的频率也随转速而变化,因此微电机普遍存在发热状况,且状况比普通交流微电机严重。
1. Heating Principle: All kinds of DC deceleration motors we usually see have iron cores and winding coils inside. The winding has resistance, the power will produce loss, the size of loss is proportional to the square of resistance and current, this is what we often say copper loss, if the current is not a standard DC or sine wave, it will also produce harmonic loss; dead center has hysteresis eddy current effect, in alternating magnetic field will also produce loss, its size is related to data, current, frequency, voltage, this is called iron loss. Copper loss and iron loss will be shown in the way of heating, which affects the efficiency of micro-motors. Micromotors generally pursue positioning accuracy and torque output, with low efficiency, large current, high harmonic components, and the frequency of alternating current varies with speed. Therefore, micromotors generally have heating conditions, and the situation is more serious than that of ordinary AC micromotors.
2、发热的合理范围:直流减速电机发热允许到什么水平,主要取决于它内部绝缘等级。内部绝缘性能在高温下(130度以上)才会被毁坏。所以只需内部不超越130度,微型减速电机不会损环,而这时外表温度会在90度以下。所以,它的外表温度在70-80度都是正常的。简单的温度丈量办法有用点温计的,也能够粗略判别:用手能够触摸1-2秒以上,不超越60度;用手只能碰一下,大约在70-80度;滴几滴水疾速气化,则90度以上了。

2. Reasonable range of heating: The level of heating allowed by DC deceleration motor mainly depends on its internal insulation level. Internal insulation performance will be destroyed at high temperature (above 130 degrees). So as long as the internal temperature does not exceed 130 degrees, the micro reducer motor will not damage the ring, while the external temperature will be below 90 degrees. Therefore, its surface temperature is normal at 70 - 80 degrees. Simple methods of temperature measurement can be roughly distinguished by point thermometers: hands can touch more than 1-2 seconds, not more than 60 degrees; hands can only touch, about 70-80 degrees; drops of water rapidly gasifies, then more than 90 degrees.
3、发热发热带来的影响:直流减速电机发热固然普通不会影响微电机的寿命,对大多数客户没必要理睬。但是严重时会带来一些负面影响。如内部各局部热收缩系数不同招致构造应力的变化和内部气隙的微小变化,会影响它的动态响应,高速会容易失步。又如有些场所不允许微电机的过度发热,如医疗器械和高精度的测试设备等。
3. Influences of fever and heating tropics: DC deceleration motor heating will not affect the life of micro-motors, but it is unnecessary for most customers to pay attention to it. But when it is serious, it will bring some negative effects. For example, the variation of tectonic stress and the slight change of internal air gap caused by different local thermal shrinkage coefficients will affect its dynamic response, and the high speed will easily lose its step. For example, some places do not allow excessive heating of micro-motors, such as medical devices and high-precision testing equipment.
