  无刷直流电动机的正弦驱动技术是通过对无刷电机绕组施加一定的电压,在无刷电机绕组中产生正弦电流,通过控制正弦电流的幅值和相位来控制电机转矩。与传统的方波控制相比,无刷直流电动机的相电流是正弦的,并且是连续变化的,相电流没有突变,所以电机运行时噪声小。

  The sinusoidal drive technology of BLDCM is to produce sinusoidal current in the winding of BLDCM by applying a certain voltage to the winding of BLDCM, and to control the motor torque by controlling the amplitude and phase of sinusoidal current. Compared with the traditional square wave control, the phase current of the BLDCM is sinusoidal, and it changes continuously, and the phase current does not change suddenly, so the noise of the motor is small.
  根据控制的复杂性,无刷直流电动机的正弦驱动技术可分为简单的正弦控制和复杂的正弦控制。

  简单的正弦控制就是通过控制电机正弦电压的幅值和相位来控制电机电流。通过对电机端线施加一定形式的电压,通常在绕组两端产生正弦电压。常见的产生方式是:正弦PWM和空间矢量PWM。由于正弦脉宽调制的原理简单,易于实现,在简单的正弦波控制中通常采用正弦脉宽调制作为产生PWM的方法。图1为无刷直流控制结构图,其中Ux、Uy、Uz为桥臂电压,Ua、Ub、Uc为电机绕组的相电压。下面介绍不同类型的PWM调制方法,将在此结构图的基础上。
  The simple sinusoidal control is to control the motor current by controlling the amplitude and phase of the motor sinusoidal voltage. By applying a certain form of voltage to the motor terminal line, sinusoidal voltage is usually generated at both ends of the winding. The common generation methods are sinusoidal PWM and space vector PWM. Because the principle of SPWM is simple and easy to realize, SPWM is usually used to generate PWM in simple sinusoidal control. Fig. 1 is the structure diagram of bldccontrol, where UX, uy and UZ are the bridge arm voltage and UA, Ub and UC are the phase voltage of motor winding. The following describes different types of PWM modulation methods, which will be based on this structure chart.
  (1)三相正弦调制PWM
  (1) Three phase sinusoidal PWM
  三相SPWM是正弦PWM更常用的产生方法,即在电机的三端线上加一个相位差为120度的正弦电压信号。由于中性点为0,电机相位电压也是正弦的,且相位与施加的正弦电压相同。如图2所示。
  Three phase SPWM is the most commonly used method to generate sinusoidal PWM, which is to add a sinusoidal voltage signal with a phase difference of 120 degrees on the three terminal lines of the motor. As the neutral point is 0, the phase voltage of the motor is sinusoidal, and the phase is the same as the applied sinusoidal voltage. As shown in Figure 2.
  (2)更小开关损耗正弦PWM
  (2) Minimum switching loss sinusoidal PWM
  与普通SPWM不同的是,当采用开关损耗更小的正弦PWM时,电机端线上应用的Ua、Ub和Uc电压不是正弦电压。在这种情况下,电机的电压不是0,但是电机的相位电压仍然是正弦的。因此,控制方式为线路电压控制。如图3所示:
  Different from the common SPWM, when the sinusoidal PWM with the minimum switching loss is used, the voltage of UA, Ub and UC applied on the motor terminal line is not sinusoidal. In this case, the central voltage of the motor is not zero, but the phase voltage of the motor is still sinusoidal. Therefore, the control mode is line voltage control. As shown in Figure 3:
