1、 Drying method of electric welding machine
1. Before the drying operation of AC welding machine, connect the terminals of the damped motor winding and ground the shell, so as to realize the heating and drying of three groups of windings. In order to monitor the change of current during the drying process, the ammeter can be connected to observe whether the current reaches the rated current of the reduction motor. Adopt AC welding machine to dry DC decelerate motor, no need to dismantle and check, reduce workload. At the same time, when the decelerator is electrified, it uses its own resistance to heat, which makes the coil heating even and the drying effect is good.
2. The dry operation wiring of DC welding machine is similar to AC, and the ammeter shall be DC ammeter. It is convenient to use DC welding machine to dry wet type decelerating motor. It can dry large and medium-sized decelerating motor and high-pressure decelerating motor for a long time. In this way, when the welder works for a long time or with a large current, its internal components will not be damaged due to a long time and a large current, and can be used for a long time for large and medium-sized deceleration. It should be noted that when the two methods are used for drying, all contacts must be in good contact and fastening state, the welding machine pin adopts special wire, and the section size shall meet the output current load of the welding machine. 2、 External heat source heating mode
For the wet DC motor, dismantle it after inspection, install the high-power incandescent lamp into the motor for baking, or install the motor into the drying room for drying. This method is simple, safe and reliable, but it is only suitable for small motors which are easy to be disassembled and inspected. For large and medium-sized or hard to dismantle motors, the load is relatively large, which also reduces its feasibility. It should be noted that during the operation of this method, the light bulb or heat source should not be too close to the coil to avoid the coil burning out. The insulation can be realized by covering the reducer housing with canvas.
3、 Field coil drying method
The excitation coil drying method is to wind the excitation coil around the stator core of the motor, generate the flux of the stator through AC, and dry the motor stator according to the iron loss of the motor.
