无刷电机在离心机上的作用有哪些?

无刷电机直接驱动离心机是由电机带转子高速旋转的。过去的电机是带碳刷的直流电机,离心机运转时碳刷磨损,带来火花与噪声甚至振动,且有寿命,届时要更换碳刷再行运转。更严重的是碳刷的磨损带来碳粉尘的污染,不仅污染离心机,还会污染周围环境,这种污染对卫生行业是不合适的。
