浅谈微型减速电机容易出现的问题!

1.绕组短路。当工作绕组或起动绕组短路时,短路线圈会发生很大的热量,并发出噪声。若减速电机继续工作,热量无法发出,将导致减速电机过热,损坏未短路的绕组。因而,电动机过热时应立即停机检查,根据具体情况采纳相应措施进行修补。
1. Winding short circuit. When the working winding or starting winding is short-circuited, the short-circuited coil will generate a lot of heat and noise. If the deceleration motor continues to work, the heat cannot be emitted, which will lead to the overheating of the deceleration motor and damage the windings that have not been short-circuited. Therefore, when the motor is overheated, it should stop immediately and check, and adopt corresponding measures to repair according to the specific situation.
2.绕组接地。接地较严峻时后果与短路一样,轻则电动机过热,严峻时烧毁绕组。
2. Grounding of windings. When grounding is severe, the consequence is the same as short circuit. When grounding is severe, the motor will overheat and the winding will burn down.
3.工作绕组与起动绕组碰线短路。当工作绕组与起动绕组碰线短路时,电流经工作绕组流入起动绕组,时刻一长起动绕组就会烧毁。要寻找碰线部位,可将两个绕组分别与减速电机接线端分开,然后将查验灯一端接工作绕组。
3. Short circuit between working winding and starting winding. When the working winding is short-circuited with the starting winding, the current flows into the starting winding through the working winding, and the starting winding will burn up as soon as the starting winding is long. In order to find the touching position, two windings can be separated from the terminal of the reducer motor, and then one end of the inspection lamp is connected with the working winding.
另一端接起动绕组,若查验灯亮即标明两绕组相碰短路。然后,顺次将工作绕组的各极与起动绕组断开,若断开某一极时查验灯熄灭,则标明该极绕组与起动绕组碰线短路。查找碰线处并将其包扎绝缘即可。假如仍无法断定碰线部位,只要将起动绕组的线圈拆开进行检查。
The other end is connected with the starting winding. If the check lamp is on, the short circuit between the two windings will be indicated. Then, the poles of the working winding are disconnected from the starting winding sequentially. If the check lamp is turned off when a pole is disconnected, the short circuit between the pole winding and the starting winding is indicated. Find the touching wire and wrap it for insulation. If it is still impossible to determine the location of the wire impact, just disconnect the coil of the starting winding for inspection.
4.轴承损坏或短少润滑脂。轴承损坏使定子、转子相擦,或轴承内短少润滑脂,都会使电动机过热。检查轴承,若短少润滑脂,应添加适量润滑脂;假如轴承磨损或损坏,则应替换轴承。
4. Bearing damage or little grease. Damage to bearings causes friction between stators and rotors, or short lubricating grease in bearings can overheat the motor. Check the bearings, if there is little grease, should add appropriate amount of grease; if the bearings are worn or damaged, should replace the bearings.
5.过载。减速电机过载时,会因绕组过流而使单相减速电机过热。若负载过重但无法调整,应替换功率较大的电动机。假如过载是因减速电机内部部件相碰、阻塞等造成,则应检修电动机机械部分。
5. overload. When the speed reducer is overloaded, the single-phase speed reducer will be overheated due to the winding overcurrent. If the load is too heavy but cannot be adjusted, the motor with higher power should be replaced. If the overload is caused by the collision and blockage of the internal parts of the deceleration motor, the mechanical part of the motor should be overhauled.
