直流减速电机受潮了该怎么办?

交流电焊机干燥法操作前先将受潮减速电机绕组的个接线头串联起来,机壳接地,这样就可对三组绕组实现加热干燥,为监视干燥过程中的电流变化,可串入一只电流表,观察其电流是否达到减速电机额定电流的。

对于受潮直流减速电机先将其拆检后,用大功率的白炽灯泡放入减速电机内部对其进行烘烤,或是将减速电机放入烘房内进行干燥。此种方法操作方便安全可靠,但仅适用于易拆检的小型减速电机。而对于大中型或不易拆检的减速电机相对来说工作量就大了。

同时也降低了可行性。应当注意的是,此方法操作时灯泡或热源不可太靠近线圈,以防烧坏线圈,可在减速电机外壳上加盖帆布等物品进行保温。

励磁线圈干燥法即在减速电机定子线圈铁芯上绕上励磁线圈,并通入交流电,使定子产生磁通,依靠其铁损来干燥减速电机定子。
