微型直流电机有什么特点你知道吗?

一、直流电机的组成:由定子与转子组成。

二、直流电动机的原理:

当电枢转了180°后,导体cd转到N极下,导体ab转到S极下时,由于直流电源供应的电流方向不变,仍从电刷A流入,经导体cd、ab后,从电刷B流出。这时导体cd受力方向变为从右向左,导体ab受力方向是从左向右,产生的电磁转矩的方向仍为逆时针方向。

因而,电枢一经滚动,由于换向器合作电刷对电流的换向效果,直流电流替换地由导体ab和cd流入,使线圈边只要处于N极下,其中经过电流的方向总是由电刷A流入的方向,而在S极下时,总是从电刷B流出的方向。这就保证了每个极下线圈边中的电流始终是一个方向,从而构成一种方向不变的转矩,使电动机能接连地旋转。

1、微型直流电机的效率一般都要高于其他类型的电机,所以到达相同的输出功率,直流电机的体积一般都比较小。对于装置方位有限的情况下,微型直流电机相对比较合适。

2、微型直流电机有个特点是电机能够依据负载巨细,主动降速,来到达极大的启动扭矩。这一点交流电机就比较困难。另外直流电机比较简单吸收负载巨细的突变,电机转速能够主动适应负载巨细。
