驱动器对无刷直流电机作用大吗?

现阶段,很多做自动化设备的厂商都关注到无刷直流电机上来,都喜爱使用无刷直流电机替代之前低效率,大噪音等许多无法战胜的缺陷的电机,如三相异步电机,步进电机等。
At this stage, many manufacturers of automation equipment are concerned about brushless DC motors. They like to use brushless DC motors to replace the previous low efficiency, high noise and many other invincible defects, such as three-phase asynchronous motor, stepper motor and so on.

无刷直流电机(BLDC)以电子换向器取代了机械换向器,直流无刷电机正因为电子换相,所以需要用到驱动器驱动电路。直流无刷电机的换向电路由驱动及控制两部分组成,这两部分是不容易分开的,尤其小功率用电路往往将两者集成化成为单一专用集成电路。
Brushless DC motor (BLDC) replaces mechanical commutator with electronic commutator. Because of electronic commutation, drive circuit is needed in BLDC. The commutation circuit of brushless DC motor is composed of drive and control parts, which are not easy to separate, especially the low power circuit often integrates them into a single ASIC.
在功率较大的无刷直流电机中,驱动电路和控制电路可各自成为一体。驱动电路输出电功率,驱动电动机的电枢绕组,并受控于控制电路。驱动电路已从线性放大状态转成脉宽调制的开关状态,相应电路组成也从晶体管分立电路转成模块化集成电路。
In the brushless DC motor with high power, the driving circuit and the control circuit can be integrated separately. The drive circuit outputs electric power, drives the armature winding of the motor, and is controlled by the control circuit. The driving circuit has changed from linear amplification state to switching state of pulse width modulation, and the corresponding circuit composition has also changed from transistor discrete circuit to modular integrated circuit.
