直流无刷电机的电动执行器特殊功能及特点

1、开关阀的速度可调
1. The speed of the on-off valve can be adjusted.
直流无刷电机的调速功用使得执行器的开、关阀速度可调。直流无刷电机能够完成无级调速。采用闭环调速控制技术,其速度能够不随负载力矩变化。为了用户选择速度的便当,普通控制电路将电机速度设计为分档可选方式。例如将速度分为8档,调速范围8:1.用户能够依据本人的需求,分别选择开、关速度。
The speed regulation function of the brushless DC motor makes the speed of the actuator's opening and closing valves adjustable. DC brushless motor can achieve stepless speed regulation. Closed-loop speed control technology is adopted, and its speed can not change with load moment. In order to select the speed conveniently for users, the general control circuit designs the motor speed as an optional way of grading. For example, the speed can be divided into 8 gears and the speed range is 8:1. Users can choose the speed of on and off according to their own needs.

有些特殊用处的阀门工作,请求在不同的行程段以不同的速度工作。例如开度从0~50%,用10秒钟走完;用50%~用30秒走完。采用直流无刷电机的执行器,将很容易完成上述请求。
Valves for some special purposes are required to work at different speeds in different travel sections. For example, the opening is from 0 to 50% and it takes 10 seconds to finish; it takes 50% to 30 seconds to finish. With the brushless DC motor actuator, it will be easy to complete the above request.

柔性开启是指启动电机时,让电机的转速从zui抵挡开端逐档升速,至用户设定的开、关阀速度。柔性开启一方面能够减小电机的启动电流,另一方面可减小减速机机构传动齿轮的撞击。
Flexible opening means that when starting the motor, let the speed of the motor rise from Zui to user-set opening and closing speed. On the one hand, flexible opening can reduce the starting current of the motor, on the other hand, it can reduce the impact of the transmission gear of the reducer mechanism.
由于柔性启动能将电机的启动电流降低到不大于额定电流,所以电机的频繁启动不会招致电机和驱动电路发热。完整能够完成大于1200次/小时开、关频度的请求。由于启动时不会对传动齿轮形成撞击,也能有效延长了执行器的寿命。

柔性关闭是指在执行器开、关动作时,阀门开度逐步接近给定开度,在给定值与实践开度值接近到一定水平时(或到限位位置),控制电路自动开端逐档降低电机转速,在给定值与实践开度值相等关断电机前,电机速度已降至。由于电机速递的降低,能有效地进步定位精度高,并减小了制动时对减速机机构产生的冲击。
Flexible closure refers to the valve opening approaching the given opening step by step when the actuator opens and closes. When the given value and the actual opening value are close to a certain level (or to the limit position), the control circuit automatically starts to reduce the motor speed step by step. Before the given value and the actual opening value are equal, the motor speed has been reduced. Due to the reduction of motor speed, it can effectively improve the positioning accuracy and reduce the impact of braking on the reducer mechanism.

当给定值与当前阀门开度差别较大时,控制电路可自动调高电机速度,使调理阀的调理速度加快,以疾速消弭控制系统的被调量偏向,进步了控制系统的调理质量。

6、无摩擦制动

直流无刷电机在断电后的霎时,转子具有的动能将经过定子线圈转换成电能。这时的电机工作于发电状态。假如将发电机的输出短路,所发出的电能即对转子产生制动作用。制动力矩的大小与转子的堕走速度成正比。即电机的堕走速度越高,产生的制动力矩越大。所以这一无摩擦力矩能使电机立即停转。控制电路应用无摩擦自动刹车功用,可大大进步执行器的定位精度。在执行器的满行程时间大于10秒时,定位误差可做到不大于正负0.1%。与其他制动方式相比,直流无刷电机的制动不需求特地的电路或器材,且制动力矩随堕走速度自动变化,保证了zui佳的制动效果。由于这种制动是非摩擦式的,所以制动效果长期稳定。
When the brushless DC motor is cut off, the kinetic energy of the rotor will be converted into electric energy through the stator coil. At this time, the motor works in the state of power generation. If the generator's output is short-circuited, the electric energy will brake the rotor. The braking moment is proportional to the speed of the rotor. The application of friction-free automatic braking function in control circuit can greatly improve the positioning accuracy of actuator. When the full travel time of the actuator is more than 10 seconds, the positioning error can be less than 0.1% positive or negative. Compared with other braking modes, the braking of DC brushless motor does not require special circuit or equipment, and the braking moment changes automatically with the falling speed, which ensures the good braking effect of Zui. Because the brake is non-frictional, the braking effect is stable for a long time.
7、力矩检测与过力矩维护
7. Torque Detection and Torque Maintenance
执行器的输出力矩源于电机的电磁力矩。经过检测电机的电磁力矩,可间接地得到执行器的输出力矩。
The output torque of the actuator is derived from the electromagnetic torque of the motor. The output torque of the actuator can be obtained indirectly by detecting the electromagnetic torque of the motor.
当负载力矩增加时,电机转速降落,从而使电流增加反电势降落。假如采用闭环控制电机转速,电流随阻力矩增加要坚持速度不变,驱动电路会自动调高加在定子绕组上的均匀电压。所以不论电机转速是开环控制还是闭环控制,电流都能正确反映执行器的负载力矩变化。
When the load moment increases, the speed of the motor falls, so that the current increases and the back EMF falls. If the motor speed is controlled by closed loop, the current should be kept constant with the increase of resistance moment, and the driving circuit will automatically increase the uniform voltage applied to the stator winding. Therefore, whether the motor speed is open-loop control or closed-loop control, the current can correctly reflect the load torque changes of the actuator.
