步进电机控制器的三大电路
电机驱动电路:在H桥电路的根底上设计步进电机驱动电路。采用分立元件MOS管搭建双H桥驱动电路是成熟的电机控制计划,电路不复杂,依据MOS管的不同工作电流的上限以至能够高达数十安培,是理想的步进电机驱动器计划。
Three major circuits of the stepper motor controller
Motor drive circuit: the step motor drive circuit is designed on the basis of H bridge circuit. The converter stops A/D sampling. The digital temperature core chip DS18B20 is selected for the temperature monitoring of the housing. It is attached to the outer surface of the motor housing, and the temperature parameters are monitored in real time and sent to the MCU.

电源及MCU控制电路:系统中的驱动电路用输入电压供电,MCU和蓝牙模块需求额外的3.3V电压供电,传统的线性稳压器效率低、尺寸大且发热严重,因而运用DC—DC开关电源方式提供3.3V电压,保证器件的正常工作。
Power supply and MCU control circuit: the drive circuit in the system is supplied with input voltage, and the MCU and bluetooth modules require an additional 3.3v voltage supply. The traditional linear voltage stabilizer is low in efficiency, large in size and has severe heating. Therefore, the dc-dc switching power supply mode is used to provide 3.3v voltage to ensure the normal operation of the device.

电机整流电路:整流单元主要的拓扑电路是三相全桥不控整流电路,本质是一组共阴极与一组共阳极的三相半波可控整流电路的串联,习气将其中阴极衔接在一同的三个晶间管称为共阴极组;阳极衔接在一同的三个晶闸管称为共阳极组。
Motor rectifier circuit: The main topology circuit of rectifier unit is three-phase full-bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit, which is essentially a series of three-phase half-wave controllable rectifier circuits with common cathode and a group of common anode.
功率驱动电路:功率驱动单元普通采用智能功率模块,经过三相全桥整流电路对输入的三相电或者市电停止整流,得到相应的直流。功率单元是运用功率电力电子器件停止整流、滤波、逆变的高压变频器部件,主要由整流桥、可控硅、电解电容、IGBT等器件组成。功率驱动单元的整个过程能够简单的说就是AC-DC-AC的过程。
Power Driving Circuit: Power Driving Unit usually uses intelligent power module, through three-phase full-bridge rectifier circuit to stop rectifying the input three-phase electricity or municipal electricity, and get the corresponding DC. Power unit is a high-voltage converter component which uses power electronic devices to stop rectification, filtering and inversion. It is mainly composed of rectifier bridge, thyristor, electrolytic capacitor, IGBT and other devices. The whole process of power drive unit can be simply described as AC-DC-AC process.
